Best of e.l.f. Cosmetics

I have tried many different e.l.f. colors and shades and have picked out my favorites from the line.  I haven't tried absolutely everything offered in all of their lines but browse through new releases and best sellers often!  Keep a look out for new promo codes and deals! Sometimes you can really get way more than your money's worth!!!  The last haul I did was purchased with a 50% off the entire site promo code.   Right now they are having $1.98 Shipping with 198SHIP.

Into the bests!  Out of all the products I have tried these are the products that I think are the best in the e.l.f. line and would definitely recommend for everyone to try!  I will try to go from left to right!

1.  Studio Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder $3
I personally think the blushes in the duos are better than the single blushes.  I have a great deal of issue getting the single blushes to show up on anyones face but the blushes in the duos are nicely pigmented with a natural finish.  The blushes have some glitter but not an overwhelming amount and the bronzers VERY pigmented and are mostly matte.  My favorite is Antigua, the blush is the perfect Barbie pink!

2.  Essential Eyes Refill Pans $1
I do not know why more people don't like these! They are all shimmery, that may be why, but they are all very nice quality.  They are not chalky or flaky and do not have fall out.  These were my only eyeshadows for a long time because I thought they were so nice. I still really like them and really recommend them for anyone especially those who want to build their kits at a fraction of the price.

3.  Studio Eyebrow Kit $3
I would definitely recommend purchasing this product online.  There aren't very many shades options in stores.  I think the only one I have ever seen in stores is the shade medium.  this shade works well with dark brown hair with slight auburn tints.  It is very red.  This is such a nice product!  Especially for those who are new at filling in their brows.  It is more pigmented and smoother than many brow pencils I have tried in the past, making it very easy to use!  BUT it isn't the most pigmented brow gel or powder, which also can be good for beginners!

4.  Studio Single Eyeshadow $3
While I love these shadows, it does upset me that they are the same price as the blush and bronzer duos.  There is a significantly less amount of product for the same price.  But that's my only negative about them.  These are also very nice and pigmented.  these have a matter finish than the ones from the essential line, which I assume is why they are more expensive. I have had some issues with one shade though (Pebble).  I think it had a very thin film on it that made me think it wasn't very pigmented but once the film was gone it was a very nice!!!

5.  Studio High Definition Powder in Corrective Yellow $6
This does such an amazing job at setting foundation and concealer!  I also like the translucent shade as well but much prefer the yellow one.  I have a yellow/olive undertone to my skin and this really compliments it well while also helping to correct the red undertones that are in many foundations that I find a hard time color matching to my skin.

6.  Essential Brightening Eye Color $1
You get 4 shadows for $1 in a very compact palette.  I have owned a few of these and have repurchase Luxe 3 times! I love the maroon/burgundy shade in this palette and have not found one like it!  My only issue with these palettes are those that have similar colors in them like Ethereal and Pretty n' Pink.  The shadows will swatch almost identical to each other so you really only get around 2 shades.

7.  Studio Baked Bronzer $3
I own the shade Los Cabos and for my skin tone this makes and absolutely beautiful highlight or all over bronzer for a nice summer look!  It is amazingly pigmented and so smooth!  I would love for them to come out with darker shades so I can use one better as a contour powder.

8.  Studio Baked Eyeshadow $3
These are so gorgeous!  I have not tried one of their baked shadow palettes yet so I cannot attest to the quality of those.  The single baked shadows are shimmery, some can be a bit gittery, but all are pretty.  I have all used these wet, which gives a nice foiled look.  For $3 you get a very large shadow! Be careful not to drop them though and pack them well when traveling.  One of mine has detached from its stone it was baked on and I have not figured out how to reattach it =(

9.  Essential Eyelid Primer $1
Yes this is the $1 one and it is the best one! They have more from their mineral and studio lines but those do not come close to this one!  This really helps your shadows stay on all day! ALL DAY!  I have oily lids and looked for years to find a good primer (back before there were a lot) that was also affordable.  I have slept in this and when I work up the next morning my eyeshadows still looked flawless! This one is the cheapest one in my collection and my most reached for!

10.  Studio Lip Exfoliator  $3
This is such a soothing product!  First of all it smells absolutely amazing! It smells like vanilla and tastes like sugar.  The beads in it do exfoliate the lips very well.  I use this at night before bed and before lip stick application on days when my lips are chapped.  It has ingredients that help replenish the lips with moisture as well such as Vitamin E, Shea Butter, and Jojoba Oil.

11.  Studio Eyeshadow "C" Brush $3
This is a really good brush for shadows to be applied all over the lid and for packing loose shadows.  I really do think this is an essential brush for a collection.  It is similar to the Essential Eye Shadow brush but shorter and flatter.

12.  Essential Smudge Brush $1
If you are someone that likes to smudge on their liner like I do then you NEED this brush!  This does a great job at exactly what it is supposed to do! This is also good for applying shadows to the lower lash line too.

13.  Essential Eye Shadow Brush $1
Not really sure why eye shadow is spelled differently for this brush but this too is an essential brush for a collection or kit for overall eyeshadow application.  it also comes to a nice flat tip that makes applying shadows to the lower lash line very easy as well!

14.  Studio Small Angled Brush $3
This is one of my favorite brushes to use for both gel liners and filling in my brows. The tip is very skinny!  I have a pet peeve about liner and brow brushes being thick!  It makes it so hard to make a clean line!  This will give you a clean line!

15.  Studio Mineral Powder Brush $3
I have repurchased this brush and am so glad that I now have two!  This does such a good job at applying almost anything!  I use this for applying liquid foundations, powder foundations, powder blushes, and countering powders.  Must have brush from them!

16.  Studio Matte Lip Color $3
This lipstick comes in a tall skinny twist up tube.  I LOVE this lipstick! It is very smooth and glides on very nicely.  It also stays on for longer periods of time, I would estimate about 3 hours without touchup.  This may be due to its matte finish.  I have the color Tea Rose and it is a really nice cool toned nude pink that I think will fit most fair-tan skin tones.   This lipstick also looks nice with a gloss on top.

So if you were to buy all of these with no promo codes it would be $41! You could get two Stila Palettes, one Too Faced palette or one Kat Von D palette for this price. All of these items are even less than one of the Urban Decay Naked palettes.  Great buy for great products!
