The book is set up similarly to the Snow White one with 3 large shadows and 4 small ones. This one has a blush a blush and bronzer like in the Ariel beauty book as opposed to just a bronzer like in the Snow White beauty book.
It comes with a double ended sponge tip applicator like in the Snow White book. I'm pretty disappointed about that because the Ariel one was the only one so far that came with a brush.
Ok, onto the shadows. I am not impressed. Out of the 7 shadows, I only feel like 2 are worth using. For the most part the shadows are very powdery and "hard" in the pan. Its really hard to get much payoff on my finger and really difficult fro a brush.
The two shades that I think are really nice are 'Iago' and 'Jafar.' They are shimmers and apply really easily and evenly. The worst of the bunch are 'Abu' and 'Jasmine' =(. I was really hoping 'Jasmine' would be an amazing light blue but it is really hard to swatch. It is like the both of these are very hardly packed into the pan. They aren't buttery at all and have a lot of fallout. 'Aladdin' and 'Raja' are pretty but have to be built up. I'm torn on 'Genie.' It is a gorgeous blue/green teal type color but is patchy. It was slightly difficult to get it to apply evenly but once it was even I liked it.
The eyeliner is AMAZING! This is the blackest pencil liner I have ever had! It isn't smudge proof, but doesn't claim to be. This will be the only thing I will use from this book. The lipgloss 'Magic Carpet' isn't bad. It does go on patchy. I tried to show it in the swatch. It isn't as bad as that horrible Snow White one by any means! It doesn't have a scent at all (thank goodness).
I can't wait for the next one! I hope they continue this and have one for every disney princess in the princess court, with and addition of Pocahontas because I think that would be beautiful.
